With a wide variety of classes, Fitso studio classes are designed to be fun and effective. All studio classes are taught by energetic, motivating and experienced instructors, and are included with your Fitso membership.

POWER SCULPT It's time to get CUT using weights and calesthenics to sculpt and shape the muscles.

POWER PILATES Find your center . . .and make it STRONG with a fusion of isometrics and weights.

90 AT NOON An hour and a half of hard-core spin combined with strength training and laughs . . .Good Times!

SPIN/ABS This 45 minute ride is followed by and intensive abdominal workout. Wicked!

BOOT CAMP Get ready to BRING IT . . .enough said.

CARDIO COCKTAIL Mix one part cardio and one part Strength = two parts FUN!

BODY SHOP Take your body in for a tune-up! A class combining cardio drills with strength training and stretching.

ENDURANCE RIDE All the things you love about spin . . .just a little more of it.

KICK, PUNCH, CRUNCH Utilizing moves from our in-house pro boxer Cecil Pettigrew, get ready to punch, kick, jab, crunch, and sweat!

HARD "CORE" STEP Step interval training and core strength in one. Step, medicine ball and Pilates combine to keep you in tip-top form.
