Gym hours are subject to
change. The gym will be closed in observation of Holidays. Any
other schedule changes will be posted in advance. Also, you may
want to call the gym and confirm it's open during bad weather.
MEMBERSHIP We offer different levels of membership.
Inquire about which package works for you.
CONSULTATION We provide each new member with
a free consultation to introduce you to all of our equipment
and available programs.
GUEST FEES Out-of-town guests accompanied
by a member will pay $5.00 per visit (3 visit limit). Out-of-town
guests not accompanied by a member will pay $15.00 per visit.
AGE REQUIREMENT Any person under age 16 must be
accompanied by an adult or be under the supervision of a personal
trainer. No one under the age of 16 will be allowed to work out
without adult supervision.
FRONT DESK CHECK IN
A key chain membership
card will be issued to you when you join Fitso. It is mandatory
that you check in at the front desk each visit. Checking in verifies
that you are an active member and helps us to track "gym
traffic" in order to schedule programs at effective times.
Please note there is a fee for replacement of lost membership
cards.

TOWELS AND LOCKERS Fitso provides bath towels and
sweat towels. These towels can be found at several towel racks
located throughout the gym and locker rooms.
Lockers are available for members. Locks are not provided, however,
members are welcome to bring their own lock. Please remember
to remove your lock after use. All locks left on lockers overnight
will be removed by Fitso.
Additionally, several cubbyholes are available for jackets and
gym bags.
BROADCAST VISION We hope you enjoy our TV entertainment
system. Headphones plug in to each piece of cardio equipment,
allowing you to switch to the channel you desire. There is also
a music channel.
PRO SHOP Sales in the shop can be paid in
cash or be charged to your account. If you would like us to offer
certain items, please let us know.
BODY FAT/NUTRITION GUIDELINES
Fitso's trained
staff is capable of determining your body fat ratio and designing
nutritional guidelines accordingly.
