GROUP TRAINING
Fitso offers high energy, intense training programs designed specifically for youth and women. Fit Kids and Fit Teens invigorates our youth and encourages healthy lifestyle habits. WOW (Women on Weights) offers women the opportunity to work with a qualified trainer in a small group setting. Each woman is given knowledge of the weight room to continue exercising on her own, and taught healthy eating habits as well.
