PERSONAL TRAINING
Fitso has assembled
a team of nationally certified personal trainers who dedicate
their time to sculpting clients to their individual goals. We
take pride in obtaining only personal trainers with a high standard
of knowledge of the physiology and anatomy of the body. Discover

BOXING
Fitso offers unique
one-on-one boxing training with former middleweight contender,
Cecil Pettigrew. If you are looking for a touch of speed, strength
and endurance, join Cecil in the ring for a training session
like the pros experience.
GROUP TRAINING
Fitso offers high
energy, intense training programs designed specifically for youth
and women. Fit Kids and Fit Teens invigorates our youth and encourages
healthy lifestyle habits. WOW (Women on Weights) offers women
the opportunity to work with a qualified trainer in a small group
setting. Each woman is given knowledge of the weight room to
continue exercising on her own, and taught healthy eating habits
as well.
